Product Description, Prices & Promotional Material

We have taken every care to ensure that the description, prices, dimensions and promotions of products and offers available are correct. We have also endeavoured to accurately reproduce as best as we can the colour of the products in our images however please be aware that most computer monitors will vary in their reproduction of colour. Also if there is any pricing or offer errors on the website, or promotional material, TheSewingHQ have the right to cancel the order at any time.

Ordering

Occasionally we do not have the required stock to fulfil your order and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you the choice of a full refund, an alternative product of equal value, or where possible, the item will be ordered in for you.

Once you have selected your goods, you will proceed to the checkout. We ask for your details at this stage so that we can send the product to your address and/ or notify you as soon as possible if, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, or part order or process your payment. We will never give your details to any other party. The payment process is entirely secure. TheSewingHQ cannot view your Credit/Debit Card Information. Upon making the payment you will receive confirmation by email upon placement of your order and your goods will be dispatched shortly afterwards.
